What youll do:

Manage your own patient caseload
Complete Start of Care and follow-up visits
Develop and update care plans
Collaborate with physicians and care team
Document care and monitor patient progress

What you need:

Active RN license
1 year of nursing experience
Reliable transportation
Willingness to travel within your local area
