Whats on the menu (Key Responsibilities)
- Maintain health and wellness fund and benefits for union employees
- Maintain employee personnel and medical files
- Track and maintain temporary employee attendance time and payroll
- Coordinate engagement and community involvement activities (internal and external)
- Coordinate and is point of contact for health and wellness activities for the site.
- Generate and distribute company and site communications
- Maintain supply ordering for the site
- Manage meetings reports and data requests
- Manage and Support People Committee planning execution and implementation-including providing essential documentation for required KHMS
- Manage uniform ordering recognition programs purchase orders and coordinating new hire packets and the 90 day experience
- Maintain Purchase Orders for Various Vendors Supporting HR and Plant Initiatives
- Supports Company Store Coordination
- Assist and train employees with benefit enrollment and HR systems
- Develop and maintain various HR tracking logs (i.e. retirements celebrations promotions)
- Maintain Employee store and HR lounge area products and supplies
- Support corporate and site initiatives
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Perform additional administrative and HR support tasks as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred
- Proven team player with strong interpersonal and crosscultural skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Selfdirected with strong timemanagement and ability to work independently
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks anticipate needs and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word Excel; Workday or SAP experience a plus
- Strong professionalism confidentiality and customerservice mindset
