Are you passionate about visual storytelling and creating content that engages and inspires Join PHP Agency as a Videographer/Editor where youll produce highimpact video content supporting marketing training corporate communications and largescale this handson role youll partner with marketing and leadership teams to bring PHPs brand and culture to life through polished onbrand video across multiple platforms.
Lets talk job responsibilities:
Drive success by producing highquality video content that aligns with PHPs brand culture and marketing objectives
Partner with marketing and leadership teams to plan shoots develop shot lists and align on creative direction
Film professionalgrade video content for marketing campaigns social media training materials testimonials and corporate messaging
Capture footage at live events conferences leadership trainings and agent recognition ceremonies
Operate cameras lighting and audio equipment to ensure consistent production quality
Incorporate motion graphics music color grading and sound design to enhance storytelling
Produce multiple video formats optimized for social media internal training platforms event presentations and promotional campaigns
Oversee video content by organizing archiving and maintaining a digital video library
Support live events by producing quickturnaround highlight videos and collaborating with the marketing team onsite
Stay current on video trends tools and best practices to continuously elevate content quality
Jump in to support special marketing projects events and creative initiatives as needed
Your experience and skills:
Demonstrated success producing highquality video content in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
Minimum 35 years of professional videography and video editing experience preferably within corporate event or marketing environments
Proven ability to tell compelling stories through video across multiple platforms and formats
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience working with professional camera systems
Strong understanding of lighting audio capture color grading and motion graphics
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional communication skills written verbal and interpersonal
Highly selfmotivated able to work independently while also being a collaborative creative team player
Ability to travel for major company events and productions approximately 1020%
