Brokerage Support Maintain and update property listings across multiple platforms including the company website CoStar and SiteIndex. Assist in marketing initiatives by preparing listings designing marketing materials coordinating signage and supporting promotional efforts. Manage social media presence for the company to include the brokerage department. Organize and maintain brokerage files to ensure accessibility and compliance. Collaborate with the brokerage and property management teams to support new lease coordination and tenant relationships. Handle inbound property inquiries and provide responsive follow-up to potential clients. Support data entry metrics tracking and departmental reporting for brokerage operations.
