Job Summary

5 day work week.

This role will involve acquiring vehicles from various lead sources along with acquiring vehicles from the dealerships service drive customers.

Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Respond to inquiries calling potential sellers and using data to identify in-demand vehicles.

- Inventory Management: Identify vehicles that fit the dealerships inventory requirements and manage the Well Buy Your Car process.

- Ensure a high-quality experience for sellers and managing customer expectations.

- Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.

- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings optional packages and the latest technologies.

- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.

- Bring your A game along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

- All other assigned duties

Qualifications

- Good organizational skills are a must

- Available to work flexible hours and weekends

- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred

- Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs eager to improve

- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred

- Professional well-groomed personal appearance

- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
