Were excited to expand our team with a TikTok Specialist & Content Creator who will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life through engaging trend-forward content. This role will own TikTok strategy and execution while also supporting in-house creative production-filming editing and occasionally stepping in front of the camera.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute Cozy Earths TikTok content strategy driving growth engagement and brand awareness
- Create film and edit short-form video content aligned with brand voice and current trends
- Stay on top of TikTok trends sounds and platform updates quickly translating them into relevant content
- Develop and evolve core content pillars (e.g. Bed Rot and other branded series) turning them into repeatable high-performing content formats
- Collaborate with marketing growth creative and influencer teams to bring campaigns to life on TikTok
- Analyze performance and optimize content based on insights and data
- Be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera to help create authentic relatable content
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing or growing a TikTok account (personal or brand)
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends algorithm and best practices
- Experience creating short-form video content from concept to execution
- Comfortable filming editing and using tools like CapCut Adobe Premiere or similar
- Creative storyteller with a strong eye for content that performs
- Highly collaborative with strong communication skills
- Ability to move quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with a DTC or eCommerce brand is a plus
