Job Summary
Primary Purpose Of Position
The Department of Applied Engineering Technology at North Carolina A&T State University and College of Science and Technology invite candidates to apply for a post doctoral position. The employee will be a member of battery research group at Applied Engineering Technology ( AET ) Department supporting projects through original research collaboration with other team members and mentoring of students. The employee will also contribute to additional proposal efforts thereby strengthening North Carolina A&T State Universitys ability to attract external funding. The employees principal research responsibilities will be designing and performing experiments collecting and analyzing data and presenting and publishing experimental results. The employee will also exercise a considerable amount of independent judgment and original thinking in carrying out research that contributes to original knowledge and advances the Universitys reputation in research.
Minimum Requirements
The employee will have already acquired a Ph.D. or equivalent acceptable degree in in the areas of Material Science/Chemical Engineering specializing in inorganic material synthesis
