Job Summary
This Service Manager role is to oversee a large OSHC service at Griffin OSHClub with a team of Coordinators Assistant Coordinators and Educators this service is designed for excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-quality OSHC program.

About the role:
Leading a team of Coordinators and Educators you will manage a service during before and after school Pupil Free days and School Holidays for children aged 5-12 years. Youll have the support of a state-specific office regular visits and mentorship from an experienced Regional Leader. The role is fulltime (38 hours per week) structured in block shifts to support work-life balance with approximately 5.5 hours per week in direct ratio hours along with responsibilities as an Educational Leader.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program.
- Foster healthy relationships with children the school community and parents.
- Lead a team of Educators onsite including roster management.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service.
- Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery in line with the NQF.
- Grow attendance to support children and families.
Who are we looking for
- Minimum 2 years experience working with children in a leadership position or a similar role.
- Ideally minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Diploma in Childrens Services) or have completed a minimum of 2 years of full-time study in a relevant field.
- Current and valid Working with Children Check or state-required check.
- Clear and professional communication.
