On-site IT Support Technician (Dutch speaking)

An IT Support Technician is the backbone of all computer-related technology within the business(es) and site(s) they support. Your primary responsibility is to provide support of Avery Dennisons endpoint computing and site infrastructure in The Netherlands; be the Local Smart hands (On-Call support) as well as providing continuous improvement to Avery Dennisons technology and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support endpoint devices (Laptop desktop mobile devices printers thin clients) throughout their lifecycle including provisioning refresh asset management and decommission.

• Manage and support of other local Site Infrastructure like Servers Network-Devices Clocking-Terminals collaboration.

• Provide smart-hand support at the site including on-call (per rotation schedule).

• Follow ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes such as change incident and problem management and comply to and execute SOX controls.

• Install upgrade and replace selected software and hardware products according to Avery Dennison standards.

• Deliver training on Avery Dennisons software and computer systems including group presentations one-on-one training and onboarding.

Qualifications :

• BSc/High School diploma or equivalent required with Information Technology courses or certification(s).

• 3 years related experience performing routine software installations program updates and troubleshooting on computer server and network systems.

• Good communication skills in English and Dutch language.

• Understanding and experience with information systems environments Google suite and networking and server infrastructure.

• A valid driving license and the ability to travel to support other sites or projects when needed.
