Abound Health is hiring Licensed CNA or HHA or LPN to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a Licensed CNA or HHA or LPN you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) community participation and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. What Youll Do
As a Licensed CNA or HHA or LPN you will provide hands-on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence at home in the community and in the workplace. Being a Licensed CNA or HHA or LPN is a rewarding experience you will genuinely make a difference and contribute to someones journey towards a more meaningful life. Responsibilities will include:
- Specialized Feeding: Manage and administer nutrition and medications via feeding tube.
- Direct Nursing Care: Provide comprehensive support including monitoring vitals mobility assistance and personal care.
- Medication Administration: Ensure accurate delivery of all medications in compliance with NJ state regulations.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with the family and care teams to implement the Individualized Support Plan (ISP).
- Documentation: Maintain precise timely clinical records of all treatments and interventions.
Pay
Starting Pay: $33/hour for acuity
Schedule: June 1st - June 7th 8pm -8am

Requirements
- Active licensure in New Jersey is required.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid drivers license current automotive insurance and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass criminal record driving record and healthcare registry checks
- Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary
- Lifting may be required depending on client needs
- Comfort and proficiency with feeding tubes and total care environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build a trusting positive relationship with the client and their family.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required we provide paid training and support
