The Role
Pearson is looking for a highly organised handson Program Managerto run daily operations in our London Innovation Lab. Youll make innovation sessions workshops and experiments run smoothly creating highimpact experiences for internal teams customers partners and executives.
What Youll Own
- Manage daytoday Lab operations scheduling setups demos and readiness.
- Host visitors and ensure polished professional Lab experiences.
- Support the design and facilitation of workshops and innovation sessions.
- Capture insights outputs and followups from Lab activity.
- Assist with earlystage experiments prototypes and applied research tasks.
- Work with teams to prepare materials demos and customer/executive sessions.
About You
- Experience in innovation labs design studios startups or product discovery environments.
- Strong organisational and facilitation skills.
- Confident hosting diverse stakeholders including senior leaders.
- Proactive handson mindset and ability to work in fastmoving environments.
- Curiosity about innovation emerging technology and the future of learning.
