Job Summary
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Accounting and Finance team as a Trainee Financial Accountant in Birmingham.
As a Trainee Financial Accountant you will work within the Accounting and Tax Team to support the delivery of accurate financial reporting and month-end processes across the Group. The role provides hands-on exposure to core financial accounting & tax activities while supporting your development towards a professional accounting qualification
About you:
Were looking for an individual with a strong eye for detail and a wellorganised handson approach who is confident working with data and comfortable using Excel.
Youll bring strong interpersonal skills and enjoy building effective working relationships alongside clear and professional communication. A proactive mindset is key with a genuine willingness to learn take ownership of tasks and data and continually look for ways to improve how things are done.
Role Specific Knowledge & Experience
- We are open to applications from both graduate and schoolleaver candidates who can demonstrate a degree in Finance Accounting or a related discipline or an equivalent qualification.
- Commitment to studying towards a relevant professional accounting qualification alongside work
