Job Summary
Software Engineer (Java / Microservices / OTT)
Murcia Spain (Hybrid)
We are looking for a Software Engineer on behalf of a client we provide consulting services to operating in the OTT / video streaming industry.
In this role you will design and implement scalable integrations between internal systems and partner APIs contributing to high-quality software solutions in a complex technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop API integrations (internal & external)
- Build and maintain microservices-based architectures
- Ensure code quality through testing documentation and reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering DevOps PMs)
- Contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Solid background in microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL and gRPC
- Experience with REST APIs
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar SQL databases
- Familiarity with Git CI/CD pipelines Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)
