Role Overview

Join an international entertainment studio in Madrid as a Live Studio Host. This is a camera-facing high-energy role where you will present live interactive entertainment shows in Dutch working in a modern studio environment alongside a supportive team. No prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Present live shows in Dutch
• Engage viewers in a fun interactive way
• Deliver energetic camera-ready presentations
• Work collaboratively with the studio production team

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (on-camera level)
• Comfortable on camera
• Strong communication skills and natural charisma
• Energetic focused and adaptable
• Available for rotating shifts (morning afternoon night)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: 1500/month
• Dutch language bonus: 4/hour (on camera)
• Performance bonus: up to 3/hour
• Average monthly total: gross
• Permanent contract from day one
• Relocation support: flight/train to Madrid 25 days accommodation 1500 relocation bonus
• Paid training (2 weeks)

Work Schedule

• Rotating shifts 45 days/week 23 days off
• Example shifts: Morning: 07:5515:00 Afternoon: 14:5523:00 Night: 22:5508:00 (20% extra pay)
