Job Summary
Role Overview
The Strategic Program Manager AI Transformation is responsible for executing Krolls AI-enabled initiativestranslating strategic vision into structured programs actionable plans and measurable business outcomes.
This role is accountable for end-to-end delivery of AI programs ensuring initiatives are effectively scoped executed and adopted across the organization. Working closely with the Director of Artificial Intelligence and business leaders this individual ensures that AI priorities are delivered on time on budget and with clear impact.
Key Responsibilities
Program Execution & Delivery Ownership
- Own end-to-end execution of large-scale AI and data-driven programs across multiple business units
- Translate AI strategy and priorities into detailed delivery plans milestones and workstreams
- Drive program execution across the full lifecyclefrom planning and mobilization to deployment and scaling
- Ensure delivery against defined timelines budgets and success metrics
Program Management & Operational Rigor
- Develop and manage detailed program plans across the critical path ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
- Establish clear milestones deliverables and accountability structures across workstreams
- Monitor progress identify risks and dependencies and take corrective action to maintain delivery momentum
- Evaluate trade-offs across scope cost urgency and value to ensure optimal delivery outcomes
Stakeholder Coordination & Accountability
- Coordinate across business data engineering and functional teams to ensure execution alignment
- Hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables and timelines escalating where necessary to maintain progress
- Provide clear concise reporting to senior leadership on program status risks and outcomes
- Facilitate governance forums including steering committees and executive updates
AI Implementation & Adoption
- Drive implementation of AI solutions into business workflows ensuring readiness for deployment and scale
- Partner with business teams to operationalize solutions and embed them into day-to-day processes
- Identify and resolve barriers to adoption ensuring initiatives deliver sustained value
Performance Tracking & Value Delivery
- Define and track KPIs financial metrics and operational impact of AI initiatives
- Validate and monitor budgets forecasts and resource allocation across programs
- Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes not just technical outputs
- Continuously assess program effectiveness and drive improvements in execution
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage integrated program plans timelines and deliverables across multiple AI initiatives
- Track progress against milestones and proactively address risks and delays
- Lead regular program meetings status updates and executive reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution
- Drive structured follow-up and accountability across all stakeholders
Essential Experience
- 10 years of experience delivering large-scale complex programs in global organizations
- Proven track record of executing cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery
- Experience working on data analytics or AI-related programs (or comparable digital transformations)
- Strong expertise in program management methodologies financial tracking and risk management
