Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a leading global provider of cutting-edge technologies and innovative services.

Job Responsibilities

• CI/CD Pipeline Management
  • Design implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines.
  • Automate build test and deployment processes to streamline delivery.
• Infrastructure Automation
  • Utilise Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform Ansible) to automate server and cloud resource provisioning.
  • Ensure consistent configuration and scalability across environments.
• Cloud & System Operations
  • Deploy monitor and maintain applications across cloud and on-premises platforms.
  • Perform production patching and manage application/system versioning.
• Monitoring & Logging
  • Configure and optimise monitoring tools (Zabbix Datadog) to ensure system performance and uptime.
  • Enhance logging capabilities for applications and services.
• Collaboration & Support
  • Partner with developers QA engineers and IT infrastructure teams to resolve deployment and system issues.
  • Provide technical support to development teams for smooth delivery.
• Performance Optimization
  • Identify and address system bottlenecks.
  • Optimise infrastructure for cost efficiency resource utilisation and scalability.
• Database Administration
  • Manage database replication and ensure high availability.
• Security & Compliance
  • Enforce compliance with standards (SOC 2 ISO 27001 PCI-DSS).
  • Integrate security tools (SAST DAST SCA container & IaC scanning).
  • Automate security testing and policy enforcement.
  • Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and support incident response.
  • Collaborate with security teams on threat modelling and risk analysis.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code with security best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience for junior roles; 1 year for senior roles.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments preferred.
• Certifications (optional but advantageous):
  • Google Professional DevOps Engineer
  • Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert
  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
• Familiarity with cloud security tools and strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g. OWASP Top 10).
