As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Screening in Twinsburg OH this role is designed to provide reliable consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $16.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (Anchor Shifts): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. Its all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility income stability and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and drivers by carrying out access control procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify identification and credentials process visitor and delivery access and report unusual or unauthorized activity in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations involving restricted areas loading zones and high-traffic access points while following post orders and established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business perimeter gates and dock areas to help support security-related operations noting and reporting conditions that could affect the location.
• Maintain accurate logs incident reports and access records while communicating clearly with site contacts supervisors and/or emergency personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
