Role Overview:
As a Customer Advisor you will be the main point of contact for customers assisting them through phone email and live chat. Your focus will be on providing accurate information resolving queries efficiently and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional assistance via phone email and live chat
- Manage a range of customer requests including service inquiries account support and basic troubleshooting
- Communicate clearly resolve concerns effectively and ensure customers feel supported
- Accurately log and update customer interactions in internal systems
- Escalate more complex or sensitive issues according to established procedures
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
- Meet service quality standards and response time goals
- Stay up to date with product updates company policies and best practices to deliver excellent customer support
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Flemish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
