Vous travaillerez au sein du Service Comptabilité/Finance qui est en charge de garantir la bonne tenue des comptes de lentreprise afin de fournir une information financière fiable et conforme aux obligations légales.
Au quotidien vos missions principales sont les suivantes :
Saisie des factures analyse des impayés suivi des commandes réceptionnées non facturées
Suivi de la facturation inter compagnie
Analyse des frais généraux et imputation sur les sections
Contrôle de gestion et analyse des tableaux de bord
Des sujets additionnels pourront être confiés dans le cadre du fonctionnement quotidien du service. Les missions possibles seront identifiées et validées mutuellement à lissue dun entretien et répondront à la fois aux enjeux/actualités du service du moment et de lexpérience et projet professionnel du candidat.
Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :
Vous souhaitez réaliser un diplôme de niveau Bac2 (BTS BUT) ou bien un Bac5 (Master) dans le domaine de la comptabilité
Vous maitrisez des outils informatiques tels que : MS Office et Excel
La rigueur lassiduité et le sens de lorganisation font parties de vos caractéristiques
Vous avez des capacités danalyse et de synthèse
