Essential Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth and profitability of the Grid Automation Services business across Latin America.
- Support the commercial team in promoting the service portfolio and identifying new business opportunities.
- Lead pre-sales activities for new projects to ensure business continuity and market expansion.
- Develop and introduce high value-added services tailored to regional market needs.
- Establish and maintain an organizational structure capable of meeting customer technical quality and delivery requirements.
- Build and maintain a resource plan aligned with business demand and growth objectives.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable quality EHS and regulatory requirements.
- Develop a high-performing team fostering accountability collaboration and continuous development.
- Drive Lean methodologies and operational excellence initiatives to improve business performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronic Engineering Automation Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in Protection & Control (P&C) Services business.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in Spanish.
