Role Overview
We are hiring a driven Production Planner for one our clients in this role you will be responsible for planning and optimizing production so that materials capacity and resources are available to meet delivery targets. You will work in SAP allocate work orders monitor and adjust plans and collaborate closely with production purchasing project management and other internal functions. This is a key position in a growing highly automated manufacturing environment producing surge arresters for the global power market.
What Youll Do
Plan and manage customer orders in the SAP system
Schedule and optimize production work across machines and lines
Allocate work orders and monitor production progress
Adjust plans to handle changes quality issues or delivery challenges
Prepare and update production documentation
Participate in planning meetings and drive improvements
Collaborate with production purchasing and project teams
Who You Are
Must-Have Requirements
Previous experience in production planning
Experience from the manufacturing industry
Good knowledge of business systems (SAP experience is a strong advantage)
Fluent in Swedish and English (both spoken and written mandatory)
Strong analytical skills combined with creative problem-solving
Structured proactive and able to take initiative
Ability to handle stress and stay focused under pressure
Valid SSG-Entré certificate
Ability to work 100% on-site in Ludvika
