Job description

The Recruiter supports endtoend sourcing operations by combining administrative precision with proactive innovative recruitment strategies. This position plays a key role in expanding both crowd recruitment efforts and specialized talent pipelines helping the organization scale rapidly and effectively. The Recruiter is responsible for posting and researching job boards conducting outofthebox sourcing engaging candidates and contributing to our sourcing presence in North America and globally. The role requires the ability to identify talent bottlenecks think creatively and drive continuous improvements in sourcing workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Source (recruit screen interview and qualify) candidates for a variety of projects and programs

  • Conduct advanced jobboard research to identify effective posting channels based on project requirements

  • Create and post job advertisements on multiple job boards and online communities

  • Apply outofthebox sourcing strategies to identify specialized rare niche or hardtofind talent populations

  • Support crowd recruitment initiatives including sourcing large diverse pools of taskbased contributors across multiple markets

  • Build nurture and maintain scalable sourcing funnels that can respond quickly to highvolume recruitment needs

  • Use social media and professional networks to attract highquality candidates

  • Communicate daily with candidates ensuring timely and clear responses to questions

  • Support screening and qualification processes following project guidelines

  • Track and report recruitment KPIs and prepare internal sourcing reports

  • Maintain organized recruitment documentation and ensure data accuracy

  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve sourcing practices and workflows

  • Identify sourcing bottlenecks propose solutions and implement process improvements

  • Assist in building partnerships with universities organizations online communities and talent networks

  • Support candidate engagement initiatives throughout the candidate lifecycle

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the manager/supervisor

Required skills

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver clear project and candidate updates both verbally and in writing

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple levels of the organization

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines

  • Strong teamwork and crossfunctional collaboration skills

  • Expertise in jobboard usage and online research methods

  • Ability to apply creative approaches to sourcing and candidate identification

  • Demonstrated ability to think proactively spot bottlenecks and suggest process improvements

  • Experience developing and scaling crowd recruiting pipelines or highvolume recruitment channels

  • Analytical critical-thinking problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

  • Proficiency in business applications and collaboration tools including Microsoft Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint SharePoint Teams and Google Workspace

Required experience and qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelors degree or its equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Recruitment Sourcing Staffing or Talent Acquisition roles

  • Experience sourcing candidates within North America

  • Experience posting and researching job boards (e.g. Indeed LinkedIn ZipRecruiter niche boards)

  • Handson experience with ATS and resource management tools

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Expertise in sourcing and advertising on social media platforms (LinkedIn Facebook Twitter Instagram TikTok) and digital marketing

  • Experience working in multinational multicultural or virtual environments

  • Experience in a crossfunctional/matrix organization

  • Experience with specialized sourcing crowd recruitment gigeconomy talent or highvolume recruiting is strongly preferred

Desired skills and experience

  • Fluency in one or more languages other than English

  • Prior experience in customer serviceoriented roles

  • Experience building or managing large distributed talent pools

  • Familiarity with AIassisted sourcing tools Boolean search or advanced sourcing techniques
