Job Summary
Purpose of Job:
Perform a variety of tasks involved in the shipping receiving order fulfillment storing and distributing of materials parts supplies and equipment to meet operational needs.
Position Details:
- Hourly position based upon experience & skill level
- Short term contract estimated up to April 2024
- Standard work hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm (preferred); or 7:00am-4:00pm
- Location: Black Box office located at 9155 Cottonwood Ln N Maple Grove MN 55370 relocating to 8360 Courthouse Blvd Inver Grove Heights MN 55077 in March.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
- Pick Material
- Verify inventory counts of material
- Scan material into an Excel document
- Pack Material
- Strap material to skids
- Shrink wrap material
- Label skids with material information
- Need to operate Picker lifts and pallet reach trucks
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Efficient ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Certification on forklift equipment preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively
Education/Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of:
- Warehouse experience
- Inventory knowledge preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Excel (scanning documents into Excel)
