You will execute warehouse operations in term of service cost health andsafety quality food defense sustainability legal requirements and policies compliance. You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third-party logisticsvendors) business partners to ensure effective management timely solutions and execution. You will also be responsible for activities such as inventory management (iDocmanagement stock reconciliation) interfaces monitoring track and trace claimsmanagement invoice management compliance execution (HSE quality riskmanagement) tenders support third-party performance management palletsmanagement.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment betweenSAP and the warehouse management system based on available information and verify capacity utilization performance and KPI monitoring andintroduce corrective measures in case of missing KPIs and the need toreduce additional capacity
- Work with our service providers to ensure the delivery ofour trading partners in terms of punctuality and completeness taking into accountquality and HACCP guidelines
- Monitor inbound outbound co-packing warehousing and distribution activities toensure shelf-life monitoring and management supports reduction of write offs andconstantly looks for opportunities to improve productivities
- Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects andtenders and peak management
- Build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget) risks and opportunities

More about this role
- The DSD Logistics Inventory Coordinator role is an administrative role that supports daily functions in a DSD Branch and overall management of site inventory.
- This role will support branch management with the operations regarding Safety Service Costs and People.
- Also will encompasses a wide range of operational and administrative responsibilities.
- Key areas include: compliance management involving inventory control system interface monitoring tracking and tracing claims processing and invoice management (returns credits unsaleable items) alongside ensuring compliance with Health Safety & Environmental quality and risk management standards. Additionally the position covers various human resources and financial administrative tasks such as time and attendance payroll compliance accounts payable leave of absence management supporting vendor relations managing third-party master shoppers and maintaining driver qualification files.
What you need to know about this position:
- Manage both inventory management and critical administrative/operational support within a DSD Branch ensuring efficiency compliance andeffective collaboration including but not limited to: daily administrative duties to supporting branch management in areas such as orderprocessing invoicing and billing safety & compliance inventory management etc.
- Drive key KPIs under main categories of (1) Safety (2) Service (3) Costs and (4) People.

- Vendor Relationship Management
Education / Certifications:
- Minimum High school diploma/GED required
Job specific requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in logistics operations procurement or supply chain functions
Travel requirements:
- Less than 10%
Work schedule:
- Primarily M-F with hours differing depending on the day
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $61800 to $84975; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
