Role Summary and Impact:

We are searching for a highly skilled and results-drivenDigital PerformanceLeadto elevate the digital marketing impact for our prestigiousclient. This pivotal role willbe responsible forleading the strategyexecutionandoptimization of all performance-driven digital campaigns ensuring they consistently exceed KPIs and deliver exceptional ROI. Leveraging WPP Open you will harnesscutting-edgeAI data and technology to create hyper-personalised and immersive digital experiences that drive customer acquisitionengagementand conversion forour clients luxury brands. TheDigital Performance Lead will mentor a team fosterinnovationand act as a key advisor to clients and internal stakeholders on all aspects of digital performance media.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Performance Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and lead the overall digital performance strategy forour client aligning with brandobjectives salestargetsandmarket trends.
  • Identifyand implement innovative digital media solutions across paid search paid social programmatic displayvideoandother emerging performance channels.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and WPP Open insights to uncover growth opportunitiesoptimizecampaign performanceandmaximize media effectiveness.

Campaign Execution & Optimization:

  • Oversee the planning setup launchandcontinuous optimization of all digital performance campaigns ensuring flawless execution and adherence to best practices.
  • Manage significant digital media budgets ensuringoptimalallocation and efficient spending to achieve campaign goals andmaintainprofitability.
  • Implement robust A/B testing frameworks creative optimizationstrategiesandlanding page best practices to continuously improve campaign results.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Establish comprehensive reporting frameworks and dashboards to provide transparentaccurateandtimelyinsights on digital campaign performance.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysisidentifyingkey trendspatternsandactionable recommendations to inform future strategy and budget allocation.
  • Present performance results and strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively to clients and internal leadership.

Team Management & Development:

  • Leadmentoranddevelop a team of digital performance specialists fostering a culture of continuous learninginnovationand high performance.
  • Ensure the team is proficient in the latest digital toolsplatformsandmethodologies including WPP Opens integrated capabilities.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet client deliverables and internal deadlines.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with internal strategy creative analyticsandaccount teams to ensure seamless integration of digital performance initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with key ad platform representatives (Google Meta etc.) and technology partners to ensure access to beta features and best-in-class support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Significantrelevantandprogressive experience in digital performance marketing with a proventrack recordof driving measurable results for large complex clients
  • Expert-levelproficiencyin managing campaigns across major digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads SA360 Meta Business Manager DV360 Amazon Ads).
  • Deep understanding of ad-tech and mar-tech ecosystems including DMPs CDPs attribution modelsandmeasurement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in web analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics 4) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of digital specialists.
  • Exceptional communicationpresentationandinterpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex digital strategies and performance results to diverse audiences.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing significant digital media budgets.
  • Google Ads Search & Display Certificationsrequired. Meta Blueprint Certifications SA360 DV360andother relevant platform certifications highly preferred.
