As an Inside Sales Representative based in Southern Europe (Barcelona preferred) you will contribute to the commercial growth of our Paints & Coatings business. You will support customers across Spain Portugal Italy Greece and France acting as a key point of contact and ensuring a smooth responsive and customer-focused experience.
You will work collaboratively with field sales marketing customer service product management supply chain and operations. This role offers the opportunity to identify opportunities strengthen customer partnerships and help drive Arxadas continued success in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

Essential Job Functions
- Conduct prospecting activities to identify and qualify new business opportunities across assigned territories.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for orders pricing samples payments and general commercial inquiries.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding short- and mid-term needs and identifying growth opportunities.
- Ensure that all customer interactions and opportunities are accurately recorded in CRM systems and prepare call reports and sales activity summaries.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and activity targets ensuring forecasting accuracy.
- Build manage and progress a sales pipeline driving opportunities to closure in collaboration with field sales where needed.
- Collaborate with marketing customer service product management supply chain and operations to support customer satisfaction and share market insights.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in chemistry business engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Two to four years of experience in inside sales customer service business development or account management preferably in B2B environments.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Italian or French is an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce; SAP or ERP experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced target-driven environment with strong problem-solving abilities.
