Ballard Truck Center in W Springfield MAis looking for a Parts Delivery Driver.
POSITION INFORMATION:
TheParts Driveris responsible fordelivering parts to customerstimelyand courtesy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to the dealership.
Coordinate orders for pick up from customers satellite stores or vendors with the Parts Manager parts departmentstaffand/or the Parts Shipping/Receiving Clerk.
Obtain recipients signature upon delivery and maintain a log of delivery times.
Unloadtruckeach night and return all documents and undelivered parts to the Parts Department.
Maintain basic upkeep of the delivery truck; check oil with each fill-up; lubricate monthly and schedule safety inspections.
Collect payment from wholesale customers.
Follow all company and manufacturer policiesdirectivesand procedures.
Comply withrequired health and safety regulations.
Perform any other duties asrequired.
REQUIREMENTS:
Job Related & Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50lbs or more
Must have valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
