Statement:The University of Maine at Augustais seeking qualified applicants for the position of part-time Computer Information Systems faculty and Cybersecurityfaculty. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to teaching courses at the undergraduate level in the following areas: Principles of Information Security Network Security Governance and Policies Compliance and Auditing and Basics of Computing. This appointment will begin in the fall 2026 semester.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Masters degree (or within 6 months of completion).
- Must demonstrate the ability to engage students in active learning include industry experiences into the curriculum and integrate technology into the classroom.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current Cybersecurity and Information Technology industry certifications.
- One or more years of practical experience.
Salary:The salary range is per credit hour and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
