Job Summary

Short Term

Work Schedule:
- Hours: 8:00 AM 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment
Repair and maintain furnaces
Work on elevated equipment and platforms safely
Perform welding plasma cutting and fabrication
Properly and safely use hand and power tools
Safely operate welding equipment and cutting devices
Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete repairs
Assist the electrical department as needed
Follow verbal and written instructions work orders manufacturing instructions and documentation
Work independently with minimal supervision
Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

Mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Welding plasma cutting and fabrication experience
Ability to read and write in English
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working at heights and on elevated platforms
Strong attention to safety and detail

Skills & Abilities

Proficient with hand and power tools
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Dependable self-motivated and able to work independently
