Work Schedule:

100% FTE 11am-7:30pm Monday-Friday every other weekend rotating holidays. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State. St

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening night and weekend shift differential

Qualifications

Candidate must have completed a Substance Recovery Program or be currently involved in a Recovery Program. Required
High School Diploma or equivalent. Required

Work Experience

Shared relevant personal experience with chemical addiction and willingness to share this personal experience in a therapeutic manner with patients. Required

Licenses & Certifications

Valid drivers license required. Required
Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) and/or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS). If not CPRS certified SAH will provide training. CPRS or CADC must be obtained within twenty eight (28) months of hire. Preferred
