Responsibilities
- Assists Director of Activities in planning and implementing a well-rounded activity program.
- Leads programs and encourages resident participation.
- Assists with special events theme days and facility celebrations.
- Familiarity with crafts games and the interests of the resident population.
- Ability to be creative to develop new program ideas and to work with a minimum of supervision.
- Works in a cooperative manner with other departments and volunteers.
- Shares responsibility of keeping equipment and storage areas in proper condition.
- Communicate in a positive and cooperative manner with all staff management residents and family members and outside entities consistent with the policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Activity Director or Administrator
