Key Responsibilities:
Provide presales technical support to the sales team consultants and contractors for HVAC and air conditioning systems.
Perform HVAC equipment selection and system application including split Units Ducted Units DX-AHU packaged units VRF System and accessories.
Review project specifications drawings and BOQs to ensure technical compliance with standards and client requirements.
Prepare and review technical submittals data sheets compliance statements and deviation lists.
Support pricing and offer preparation by providing accurate technical inputs and configurations.
Coordinate with factory product management and quality teams to resolve technical queries and field issues.
Conduct technical presentations and product training for internal sales teams and external customers when required.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of products applications industry standards (QCS ASHRAE AHRI) and competitor offerings
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
5 Years of experience with Strong knowledge of HVAC systems air conditioning equipment and applications.
Ability to interpret technical drawings specifications and standards.
Good communication skills to interface with sales teams consultants contractors and clients.
Proficiency in HVAC selection software and Microsoft Office tools.
Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving skills.
