Join No7 Beauty Company the UKs #1 Skincare brand as a Skin Data Analyst. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the data strategy that drives evidence-based product development and supports credible product claims. As a Skin Data Analyst you will report to the Skin Data Science Manager and leverage advanced analytics and predictive modelling to gain insights into skin biology formulation science and product performance. Your role will involve:
- Generating actionable insights from clinical scientific and imaging data using data analysis statistical modelling and visualisation techniques.
- Integrating multi-modal data sources for a comprehensive view of skin health and product performance.
- Maintaining knowledge systems and dashboards for tracking skin metrics and study outcomes.
- Informing the design of statistically valid studies on human populations(e.g. self-perception home user trials attitudinal questionnaires instrumental studies and clinical trials).
- Developing predictive models and machine learning approaches for claims substantiation.
- Ensure data integrity quality and regulatory compliance in all analyses and reporting.
- Establish and maintain data standards documentation and reproducible analytical workflows
- Present recommendations and clear conclusions in an engaging way.
What Youll Need to Have (Our Must-Haves):
- A degree in Data Science Statistics Bioinformatics Health Informatics Psychology or a related field.
- Strong experience in data analysis and statistical analysis of large datasets.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. Python R) and reporting software (e.g. PowerBI Tableau).
- Experience in scientific communications and claims substantiation in skincare cosmetics or healthcare.
- Excellent organisational skills and experience managing large content libraries or databases
- Ability to simplify and explain complex technical models and outputs to key stakeholders in an engaging way.
- An understanding of machine learning techniques (e.g. supervised and unsupervised learning).

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure Databricks).
