Job Summary
Our Foremen oversee personnel equipment materials and supplies to ensure assigned projects are implemented in a safe efficient and compliant manner.

Responsibilities
Planning and preparing personnel for their roles within projects;
Organizing all the resources required for successful project completion;
Working with the Field Service Coordinator in the allocation of personnel equipment and other resources;
Preparing and submitting project status reports and ensuring contractual obligations are met;
Completing communicating and executing change orders before any additional work is performed;
Accurate and timely submission ofrequired paperwork;
Actively developing direct reports through regular discussions about performance feedbackdevelopment opportunities and career planning;
Timely reporting of all work-related accidents and incidents.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience inperforming heavy equipment operation.
Valid drivers license.
Prior supervisory experience a plus.
Prior Experience in Environmental Service operations preferred.
