Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Global Talent Acquisition Operations & Enablement to join our team in Poland. This is a hybrid role with on-site presence of 5 days per month in our office in Łódź/Warsaw.
The Head of Global Talent Acquisition Operations & Enablement leads global Talent Acquisition Operations & Enablement strategy and execution ensuring a consistent efficient and high-quality recruitment experience across Takeda.
This role oversees a globally distributed team of Enablement Leads Operations Partners and Talent Acquisition Coordinators and is accountable for driving process excellence capability building and scalable operational delivery.
The role will harmonize global TA operations processes optimize technology and vendor performance and embed a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization.
Success in this role requires an exceptional people leader with deep expertise in TA Operations strong analytical capability and the ability to translate a broad complex agenda into focused high-impact outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end TA Operations delivery globally including interview logistics offer management background checks onboarding readiness and coordination ensuring efficiency scalability and a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Establish standardize and continuously improve global TA processes policies and procedures driving harmonization while accounting for regional and regulatory requirements.
- Enable success for recruiters across Takedas TA Delivery teams through training communities of practice and capability-building initiatives to improve recruiter effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
- Ensure effective adoption optimization and support of TA technologies (e.g. ATS and related tools) enabling seamless workflows and an improved user experience.
- Proactively identify process gaps inefficiencies and risks and implement solutions that improve speed quality compliance and overall operational performance.
- Establish and govern global standards for operational excellence including audits compliance controls and adherence to internal policies and external labor laws.
- Oversee and optimize relationships with external vendors (e.g. RPO providers background check providers and technology partners) ensuring service quality performance and compliance.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR Legal Procurement and Data Digital & Technology teams to ensure alignment mitigate risk and enhance the overall hiring ecosystem.
- Lead coach and develop a high-performing globally distributed team fostering collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
- Create clarity across a broad portfolio by prioritizing initiatives that drive the greatest impact for TA and Takeda.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition HR Operations or a related field within a global matrixed organization
- Proven experience leading globally distributed teams and driving performance across regions
- Deep expertise in TA Operations including process design governance and execution
- Strong experience with TA technologies (e.g. Workday HiredScore Avature Paradox)
- Exceptional prioritization and execution capabilities in complex fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels
