Job Summary
Expression of Interest Gardeners & Landscape Team Members
- Work based around Melbourne South East suburbs
- Permanent full-time positions (Monday Friday)
- Full PPE & uniform provided
About the Roles
Green by Nature is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced and reliable people interested in current and upcoming full-time roles across our Gardening and Landscape Maintenance teams in Melbournes South East.
As one of Australasias most awarded landscape service providers Green by Nature delivers high-quality landscaping and open space maintenance services across a broad range of sectors including local government commercial education residential and major sporting venues

Jobs include:
- Garden Maintenance Team Members
- Brushcutting detailing litter removal and weed spraying of Council reserves
- Qualified Gardeners
- Mowing Operators (must have Manual Drivers licence)
Job locations are based across Melbournes South East including:
- Knox
- Dandenong
- Cardinia
- Pakenham
- Casey
- Frankston
About You
- Minimum 2yrs Gardening or Landscaping maintenance experience (if No qualifications)
- Manual drivers licence (required for mowing roles)
- Experience using mowers brush cutters and power tools
- Certificate II or II Horticulture or Parks and Gardens (highly regarded)
- Herbicide spraying experience (highly regarded)
- Reliable and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- White Card (or willing to obtain)
