About the Role
As a Garden Maintenance Team Member your role involves maintaining and enhancing gardens and outdoor spaces. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions from your Team Leader are crucial. This hands-on position is perfect for those passionate about gardening and landscaping with a dedication to outdoor work.
- Perform tasks such as planting weeding pruning and watering.
- Mow lawns trim edges and care for turf areas.
- Prepare soil mulch and plant beds.
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment.

About You
- Previous experience in landscaping gardening or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects bend squat kneel and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions including heat cold rain and the sun.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid Drivers License
- White Card
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
