Heavy Equipment Operator
Location: McLean IL Full-time on-site
Pay: $18$25/hour (DOE)
Hours: 7:30-4:00 during the off-season during application season must be willing to work more hours and weekends

About the Role
As a Heavy Equipment Operator you will be responsible for operating application equipment safely performing precise applications and maintaining high-quality standards in the field. You will work both independently and alongside other team members to ensure our services are delivered professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain application equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform accurate applications with attention to detail
- Represent the company professionally while on-site
- Follow all safety and licensing regulations
- Work independently and as part of a teamto complete daily tasks
Requirements
- Willingness to obtain and maintain a Commercial Applicator License
- Willingness to obtain and maintain a Class B CDL
- Strong reliability work ethic and mechanical aptitude
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends during peak seasons
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of custom application experience
