Job Summary
GeneralManager - Up to 55k Live In
Were looking for a General Manger for the Bull in Streatham - a vibrant community-driven local situated on the edge of the Common that comes complete with its own suntrap of a beer garden. The food showcases the best of british produce - from hearty baked pies with a pint of ale by the fireside in winter to small plates and a glass of wine al fresco in the Summer.
This is very much a modern pub with plenty of nods to tradition and were looking for a General Manager who sees the opportunities to grow sales whilst leaning into that DNA - whether thats running cool community events with a twist coming up with takeaway packages to be enjoyed on the common as well as getting to know their regulars and community.
Running a Pub for Youngs:
We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual andso we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stampon our businesses. Were all about freedom within a framework - you decide whatgoes on the food menu - and that doesnt mean picking from a bank of recipes!You tailor your offer to your guests and grow the business in line with yourbusiness vision! You decide what events and sales driving to do what theteam uniform is and look after all your own recruitment and you are a people-focused Pub General Manager with fresh food experiencethen we want to hear from you.
