The Ark-Tex Urban Transit (ATUT) is now accepting applications for T-Line Driver. Pay is $15.45/hour. This position is responsible for providing transportation services to all individuals including persons with disabilities in a safe and timely manner. This position must operate and maintain the T-Line vehicles.
EDUCATION/TRAINING
High school diploma or GED; possess a valid drivers license in accordance with the type of vehicle operated.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs)
Must pass a Federal Transit Administration (FTA) approved drug test and criminal records check. Must possess verbal people skills; the ability to think through situations and deal with problems constructively; and the ability to deal with stress. Must be self-motivated with a clean driving record. Must be able to see hear reach stoop bend and lift and carry up to 30 pounds as required. Must possess a valid drivers license subject to an approved motor vehicle report and reliable transportation with valid proof of insurance for travel as required.
