Were looking for a General Manager for the Duchess of Kent on Liverpool Road a short walk from Highbury and Islington station. This is a premium community pub that is famous for excellent standards and service. The pub is a also known for being a great pre-match watering hole for fans going to watch Arsenal.
The food here is all about seasonal pub classics made from scratch which sit alongside some small plates and sharers - a perfect pairing for watching the match on TV or competing in our popular pub quiz.The ideal General Manager has exceptional standards is guest-centric and thrives in a premium community pub environment.
Running a Pub for Youngs:
We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual andso we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stampon our businesses. Were all about freedom within a framework - you decide whatgoes on the food menu - and that doesnt mean picking from a bank of recipes!You tailor your offer to your guests and grow the business in line with yourbusiness vision!
