POSITION SUMMARY

Youll guide the engineering team resolve technical challenges and ensure the building runs smoothly and reliably at all times.
What Youll Do
- Lead and support the engineering team to deliver high standards across all maintenance tasks.
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance ensuring safety compliance and operational readiness.
- Coordinate with other departments to support a seamless guest and colleague experience.
- Drive continuous improvement energy efficiency and effective use of resources.
- Support project work upgrades and technical initiatives across the property.
- Groow guide support lead the team
- Drive training programs and people development
What were looking for
- Strong technical knowledge in building services or maintenance.
- Experience supervising or mentoring a team.
- A proactive solutionsfocused approach and commitment to high standards.
- Great communication and organisational skills.
