Job Summary
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IBMS projects From Design to Communication planning scheduling and monitoring.
- Handle IBMS systems such as BMS CCTV Access Control Fire Alarm PA VMS and other ELV systems.
- Coordinate with clients consultants vendors and internal teams for smooth project Execution.
- Review project drawings BOQs technical submittals and method statements.
- Ensure project completion within time cost and quality parameters.
- Supervise site engineers and subcontractors at project sites.
- Conduct site inspections testing commissioning and handover activities.
- Prepare project reports progress updates and documentation
- Manage issue resolution change management and risk mitigation.
- Support project closure activities.
Others:
- System Testing & Commissioning:Testing and validating HVAC lighting fire safety CCTV and access control systems to meet performance standards.
- Integration:Integrating third-party subsystems using protocols likeBACnetandModbus(TCP/RTU) to create a unified dashboard.
- Field Device Configuration:Programming and verifyingDI/DO/AI/AO modulesPLC logic andSCADA/HMI graphics.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education:Bachelors degree or Diploma in Electrical Electronics or Instrumentation engineering.
- Experience:25 years of hands-on experience in IBMS/BMS commissioning.
- Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of BMS software HVAC ELV systems and electrical schematics.
- Networking:Knowledge of LAN WAN and TCP/IP including IP addressing.
- Soft Skills:Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities along with good communication for site coordination
- Travel:- Travel is Involved in this role hence should be willing to travel across projects and should give Online/Onsite support as per the requirements.
- Certification: Candidate certified In Honeywell /Siemens/ schneider/easy IO or any other IBMS certified will be Preferred
