Job Summary
Job Description We are seeking a technical specialist to manage and optimize Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC operations. The successful candidate must demonstrate mastery in the operation of AHUs Chillers and VAV systems backed by a strong foundation in sensor technology and instrumentation control. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless system performance and applying your expertise in electronics to maintain precise environmental controls across the facility.
Additional preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in commissioning AHUs FCUs and 3rd-party controllers. Proficiency in the Niagara Tool and a background in BMS hardware/software design are highly desirable. You will play a key role in technical troubleshooting and system integration ensuring all unitary controllers and instrumentation meet project specifications and efficiency standards.
