We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by designing and executing test cases writing automated scripts and conducting thorough manual testing. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in the healthcare domain collaborating with cross-functional teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform manual QC testing of all products to ensure quality standards are met
- Develop execute and maintain automated regression test scripts using C# and MSTest
- Design and manage comprehensive test cases for functional regression UI/UX and end-to-end testing
- Perform API testing using Postman and other API testing tools
- Develop execute and maintain browser automation testing using Selenium or similar automation frameworks
- Manage and track defects through their complete lifecycle using Jira
- Ensure proper test coverage by collaborating with development and business teams
- Work within Agile methodologies and understand the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Collaborate closely with developers product managers and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality product delivery
- Provide feedback on product design to ensure features are testable and reliable
- Stay updated on the latest testing tools technologies and best practices
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
- Strong proficiency in C# for test automation development
- Experience with MSTest framework for unit and integration testing
- Hands-on experience with Selenium or similar browser automation tools
- Familiarity with HTML and web technologies
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with test case management and defect management processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (GOOD TO HAVE)
- Experience with Jira for project and defect tracking
- ISTQB certification or equivalent testing certification
- Healthcare domain knowledge and experience
- SQL knowledge for database testing and validation
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization concepts
- Experience with GitLab for version control and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Postman swagger or other API testing tools
