Shipping and Receiving Clerk (G license Required)
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments ensuring accuracy of inventory and maintaining organized
records. This role plays a key part in warehouse operations by verifying tracking and coordinating materials and products.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices

Prepare and process outgoing shipments including packaging labeling and documentation

Load and unload materials manually or using equipment (e.g. forklift pallet jack)

Maintain accurate records of inventory shipments and deliveries

Coordinate with suppliers carriers and internal teams regarding shipments

Identify and report damaged or missing items
-
Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies

Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
Requirements & Qualifications:

Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred

Basic computer skills (inventory systems MS Excel etc.)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Knowledge of shipping documentation (BOL packing slips etc.)

Forklift certification is an asset

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Flexible to work shifts or overtime as needed
Valid G Drivers License required (for transportation and operational needs)
