Expectations & Commitments
- One week onboarding.
- 90 days of immersive training.
- 7 30 and 45-day performance assessments.
- Receptive to the opportunity to be coached and consult with our experienced team leaders.
- Make a commitment to attend our weekly sales meetings and a 3-day training schedule enhancing your skills and knowledge every week from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.
- 1-year term with this position once completely trained.
- Good standing license.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Utilize our exclusive Zillow Flex account to connect with high-intent buyer leads and convert them into successful transactions.
- Conduct property showings and provide clients with expert advice on market conditions and property values.
- Collaborate with our internal sales agents to schedule appointments and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Manage the entire sales process from contract to close with the support of our transaction coordination team.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and enhance your skills.
- Leverage social media platforms to expand your professional network and increase your online presence in the real estate market.
