We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support documentation of existing home-grown systems and assist with future modernization initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical teams to gather requirements document workflows and support system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with business leaders SMEs and technical teams to gather and document requirements for various applications and systems
• Create maintain and present user stories acceptance criteria and design documentation
• Document and analyze business processes workflows and system functionality
• Track prioritize and manage changes to business requirements and system processes
• Support Agile teams and participate in sprint-related activities
• Maintain project documentation including risks issues timelines and progress updates
• Conduct research and data analysis to identify process improvements and system enhancements
• Assist with testing efforts and help validate system functionality
• May support smaller initiatives in a project coordination or QA capacity
• Participate in database and forms analysis when required

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience working on large complex IT systems
• 8 years of experience in requirements gathering user stories and documentation
• Strong experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• 6 years of experience working in an Agile environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with business and technical teams
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and priorities
• Experience with Microsoft tools such as Excel Word PowerPoint Project and Visio
• Experience with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps Jira TFS or similar platforms
• Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor s degree in Business Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience)
