We are seeking a CNC Machinist for a manufacturing company in Leominster. This role will operate and program CNC and shop equipment to manufacture and refurbish precision parts while ensuring quality safety and on-time production. This is a Direct Hire position. This is hourly pay range of $30-$40/hr DOE.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain production schedules to support on-time delivery
Program and operate CNC equipment to manufacture custom parts
Interpret blueprints specifications and tolerances to ensure accurate production
Follow established procedures and communicate effectively with management to meet quality standards
Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure proper machine guarding at all times
Track and report work order progress including quantities produced
Operate a variety of equipment across multiple stages of the production process
Cross-train in machining and assembly functions within the department
Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality
Perform additional duties as assigned
