Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced professional with hands-on experience in Ellucian Colleague to support implementation development and system support activities. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Colleague ERP in a higher education environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation and maintenance of Ellucian Colleague.
- Customize and support Colleague applications based on business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements.
- Assist with integrations troubleshooting and system upgrades.
- Provide technical or functional support to end users.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Ellucian Colleague
- Experience with Unidata / Pick database
- Knowledge of Colleague Studio Envision or WebAdvisor
- Experience supporting ERP systems in higher education (college/university)
Experience:
- 3 7 years of relevant experience.
- Ellucian Colleague
- Implementation support or development of Colleague
- Experience working in higher education institutions (college/university)
